Europe countries make the European union  is open borders together every one from Europe  can travel every country without any visa 

any nationality outside the Europen union must get the visa first to enter Europe

I will do all I can for you with closed border  

but in the same time when the visas is so diffculte to get it for arab people or some asian countries that push some of them travel to Europe with unlegal ways by wild migration or sea migration and all the 2 waus is very dangerous and as we know more of immegratnts died on the mediterranean sea and some also died on wild 

even Europe accept the refugees ,the rules say they must me in their land to apply for refugee ,so they push the asylim seekers to migrate  by the some ways by the sea or wild ways where the 2 ways is very dangerous

in fact the Europen union do all they can to accept more refugees and the did already in italy,France and germany ,but they not accept them direct until they be on their land

Europe do all they can to help refugees in their countries and in Europe too ,but in fact because of some economics problems in other countries some of people from africia migrate by unlegal ways throw the mediterranian sea with all the dangerous to do that

in fact europe try to stop the unlegale migrante but the people didn't stope going by this way and put their lives in dangerous ,and they didn't care to travel by legal ways which advertsment by most Europe countries 

at the same time when the some Arab countries closed the border front of Arab people we can't plum europe in any way they closed  their border too, even they already accepted millions of refugees in their countrie and help theim with all they can do by accommodations and sallaries and they accept them in many positions too even they give them permenent risedents and citizens too

in fact Europe have many agreements together to help refugees and they do all they can in this field ,but they accept the refugees from the war effected aountries ,and they offer for them many good programs to help them even give them the nationality in the end 

Europe not irresponsible for economic problems countries because it is very enogh for them to help refugess and they are millions too

but in some legal ways there are many ways for megrante to Europe for professionals workers ,and some positions like Engineerngs ,Doctors and scintests or for most graduated students from their univeristies
